1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using www.bichiled.com you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
The service is intended for businesses procuring electronic components. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your company to commercial transactions.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Requests for Quote (RFQ)
An RFQ submitted via the portal is an inquiry, not a binding purchase order. Pricing, stock and lead-time become binding only when we issue a written quote and you accept it in writing.
5. Pricing & Payment
Quoted prices are valid for the period stated in the quote (typically 30 days). Payment terms, currency, and Incoterms are defined per-quote. Late payment may accrue interest at the rate set out in the quote.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on www.bichiled.com (manufacturer logos, datasheets, descriptions, our product photographs) is property of Bichi or its licensors. Limited use for evaluation and procurement decisions is permitted; redistribution requires written consent.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) scrape or extract data at scale beyond ordinary browsing; (b) reverse-engineer our APIs; (c) submit fraudulent RFQs; (d) use the service for unlawful purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bichi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability arising from a transaction is capped at the value of that transaction.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend accounts for breach. Outstanding obligations and post-termination clauses survive termination.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Peoples Republic of China. Disputes are submitted to the courts of Shanghai with jurisdiction at our registered address.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms with reasonable notice (typically 14 days for material changes). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
